If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Delivery
Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 Australia wide. We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Correct Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to meet the estimated delivery schedule, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. The BiG Meow is not liable for such delays.
Receiving the Order
We recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If no one is home, it’s your responsibility to follow up with Australia Post to arrange re-delivery or collection.
5. Returns and Refunds
Change of Mind
All sales are considered final once dispatched. We do not accept returns for unsold stock or change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within five business days of delivery.
Returns
To begin the return process, email us at hello@thebigmeow.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
General
The BiG Meow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
Delivery Risk
Ownership and risk pass to you once the order is dispatched. The BiG Meow is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
Stock Availability and Sales
We do not guarantee stock levels or the success of sales for any products. It is your responsibility to ensure products are suitable for your store and customers.

All content, branding, product images, and materials provided by The BiG Meow are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. Use of our brand assets, including images and descriptions, requires prior written consent.
