3. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Delivery
Shipping costs within Australia are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post parcel rates. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
International Delivery
We deliver worldwide using Australia Post. International shipping costs depend on your destination. For more information, please refer to Australia Post for the latest pricing and delivery timeframes.
Correct Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to meet the estimated delivery schedule, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. The BiG Meow is not liable for such delays.
4. Returns and Refunds
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final once dispatched, unless your item is faulty or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within five (5) business days of delivery. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
To begin the return process, email us at hello@thebigmeow.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
